You may have heard that we are unable to read SCORE tapes  at
CCRMA  since the last couple of weeks.  Rumor has it that the problem
is with the SCORE tape drive.

	I  am  leaving  Wednesday  night (Nov 12) for points east and
would like very much to take along a 9-track tape of my programs.  Is
there any chance that the SCORE drive will be fixed by then?  If not,
is there any way to transfer things to LOTS where, presumably, I  can
make a tape?

	I will drop in to MJH sometime today, either between 12 and 1
or between 4:30 and 5:30.
